01 Printing & Personalization Equipment
The Printing Technology Laboratory is equipped to support customized product development, sublimation transfer applications, vinyl cutting, and personalized merchandise production.

02 Sublimation & Heat Transfer Facilities
The laboratory supports multi-product heat transfer workflows for customized and short-run production.
  • Flat heat press operations for T-shirts and other flat printable products
  • Mug press attachment for customized ceramic mug printing
  • Cap press attachment for branded and personalized caps
  • Plate press support for souvenir and decorative plate printing
  • Digital time and temperature controlled transfer process for consistent output
These facilities are suitable for personalized gifting, startup prototyping, merchandise development, and hands-on training in sublimation and transfer printing.
03 Vinyl Cutting & Product Making Workflow
The laboratory provides a practical workflow from digital artwork to finished customized products. Workflow Capabilities:
  • Vinyl cutting for decals, labels, signage, and sticker production
  • Contour-cut applications for print-and-cut workflows
  • Custom graphics preparation for personalized products
  • Application of cut vinyl and transfer materials on merchandise
  • Hands-on production of promotional and personalized items

Digital Printing & Personalization Equipment

SKYCUT C24 Plotter Cutting Machine

The laboratory is equipped with the SKYCUT C24 Plotter Cutting Machine, a professional vinyl cutting system designed for accurate cutting of stickers, decals, labels, signage graphics, and print-and-cut applications.

The C24 supports a maximum media width of 720 mm, maximum cutting width of 610 mm, and maximum contour cutting width of 570 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of academic, design, and customization projects.

With features such as 800 g maximum cutting force, 700 mm/s maximum moving speed, auto contour cut camera support, and CorelDRAW direct output, the system enables efficient production of clean and repeatable graphic cuts.

Combined with the 5-in-1 sublimation heat press, the lab can create customized T-shirts, mugs, caps, plates, stickers, and branded merchandise for training, prototyping, and personalized product development.
